After a successful career in local radio sales, Jessica moved into national sales in January of 1994. Jessica spent her national career at Interep working for many different companies in various leadership roles, overseeing individual companies and all the divisions in the Philadelphia region, while building an international radio division and heading up corporate training nationwide. It’s not surprising that she won the Chairman’s Circle award for Most Valuable Employee and was the youngest employee in history to be awarded the Executive VP title. While fulfilling her leadership roles, Jessica still managed to be a top-ranked biller overall for the company and ranked in the top three yearly for new business development, consistently exceeding established goals. In addition to her tenure at Interep, Jessica held leadership roles with Traffic.com’s digital platform sales and at Radio One and was able to grow share despite declining ratings and a challenging economic environment.

Corrine Standen Bibb
Partner/Director of New Business Development
Corrine has been immersed in marketing and advertising for over 10 years. Her industry experience includes environmental and healthcare services ranging from audiology and laboratory managers, to private practices and dentists. Corrine has been actively involved in all aspects of her clients’ advertising successes during that time, including media strategy, creative development and lead tracking and conversions. Her additional experience in trade show set up and display, conference planning, and brand development has allowed her to be a tremendous asset to all clients that she had the pleasure of working with.
Corrine has received numerous achievement awards at each of these stops along the way. Her partners often say she has a “bulldog personality,” working tirelessly to ensure her clients get the most out of their advertising dollars.

Kristin brings more than 25 years of experience in public relations, events, and fundraising to Rainstorm. She began her career in government public information before moving into the nonprofit sector, where she was instrumental inplanning one of the most successful and long running black tie events in the Phoenix, Arizona market, the COMPAS (Combined Metropolitan Phoenix Arts and Sciences) Black Tie Gala and Auction. It was there that she discovered a passion for nonprofit work and went on to start her own consulting firm, dedicated to assisting small non profit organizations with their fundraising, marketing and board development efforts.
In addition to implementing fundraising efforts for numerous political campaigns, Kristin has worked with such notable organizations as Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night, Hollywood Charities, the USAF Thunderbirds, Phoenix Suns Charities, and many others. She has also assisted numerous athletes and celebrities in forming their own foundations.
Kristin’s public relations and marketing background combine with her extensive fundraising and event planning experience to create innovative public relations campaigns and events that make her client’s message stand out.

Conrad brings a 10 year background in radio programming and direct response advertising to the online realm. In Conrad’s vast experience he has previously founded a radio station, an advertising agency and a marketing/sales agency. He has launched, managed and collaborated on campaigns for some of the biggest, best and brightest names in the direct response and information marketing industries.
At Rainstorm, Conrad acts as the primary driver for client strategy in integrated marketing campaigns including: SEO, social media, email marketing, lead capture, reputation management and lifecycle marketing. As an early adopter of social media and mobile web technologies for business, Conrad is also a noted speaker, writer and coach on these topics. His spirited style and take-on-the-world attitude inspires his clients to gloriously rise to the occasion, challenge established norms and radically exceed their customers’ expectations.
